A Summer To Remember at San Marcos River Ranch

September 12th, 2011  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

What a fast and furious summer it has been at SMRR.  Over the weekend of July 8th and 9th, SMRR held the Junior Development Tournament and Clinic for the South Central Region.  Skiers from around the Region were treated to the SMRR hospitality while they skied their hearts out at the clinic and the tournament.  Rave reviews were given to SMRR as the host site and to all of the folks who volunteered their time, energy and equipment to insure we had a great event.

Later in the month a large group of skiers based out of SMRR and the surrounding area descended upon Cypress, Texas for Regionals.  In total, some 29 awards were given to skiers from our area with a very large number of those awards going to SMRR skiers.  Congratulations and thanks everyone from SMRR for representing us so well.
